Flavor
Storm clouds answer the priest, and bolts of lightning lance down from the sky on command.
Mechanics
Requires a storm/storm clouds overhead. For 1 / the priest can call down one lightning bolt per turn at a point within range, each striking for scaling with caster level (e.g., ~ 2d8 + 1d8/level, vs. spell for half) in a small area. One bolt per turn. : the holy symbol.
