Flavor
A flick of will produces a trivial wonder: a puff of scent, a chime, a flutter of color. These are the small magics every apprentice practices.
Mechanics
Lets the caster perform minor magical effects (clean, color, chill, flavor, sound, light tricks, etc.) of negligible force for 1 hr./ within a 10-ft. radius. Effects cannot harm, cannot deal , cannot more than about 1 lb, and any creature affected gets a vs. spell to negate. Practice/learning aid spell; trivial utility only.
