Description
Creates a permanent flat gate, of any contiguous shape up to 20 square feet, between reality and Temporal Prime; crossing it produces a TIMESLIP effect. Denizens are drawn to slipgates and may lair at one or come through. The is a 5,000 gp diamond that has spent at least one subjective day on Temporal Prime; after casting, the caster vs. spell or the gate collapses, and the diamond is destroyed either way. DM notes (p. 65): in reality it is visible only through DETECT MAGIC or DETECT TEMPORAL ANOMALY; on Temporal Prime it appears as a wispy vortex-like funnel; there is a 20% chance a creature has moved in since it was last used.
