Casting takes about 1 hour (8 hours of rest needed after), drains 8 hp from the caster (recovered with rest), and the item must be handled. : a pearl (~100 gp) and an owl feather steeped in wine; a luckstone enhances it. Often gives only partial/uncertain results.
