Description
A bubble in which the world is frozen between seconds. The caster is immune to the passage of time except for effects he applies to himself, so he may drink potions and wait out afflictions. He is immobile, and leaving dispels it. Creatures inside the radius interact normally, but one that steps out is frozen until the shell expires or is dispelled. The , consumed, is a 1,000 gp crystal containing a diamond of 5,000 gp or more enchanted with TEMPORAL STASIS, the whole device having been touched by a time dimensional on Temporal Prime.
