Temporal Wall

A thin barrier of mist-smoke, of any shape and placement within range, immobile once created. Passing through it in either direction inflicts two cumulative SLOW effects plus a WESLEY'S TEMPORAL DISJUNCTION; a save vs. spell is allowed once against each of the slows. Missiles, breath weapons, and spell effects crossing it are slowed, and their victims get a Dexterity check for half damage. DISPEL MAGIC cannot destroy it, though magic-destroying items can. PASS WALL, DIMENSION DOOR, TELEPORT and the like bypass it. The material component is a strand of vortex spider webbing.
